Construction Management Assistant

Role description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Construction Management Assistant who can work alongside the resources in Arcadis, providing support in day-to-day operations on a personalised growth path aimed at deepening the knowledge gained during studies or previous experiences.

Role accountabilities:

• Support to operations management and Construction Managers;
• Verification and control of site accounts, material submission and construction drawings;
• Attend site meeting and prepare site reports;
• Monitor GANTT and work budget to check compliance with planned and actual activities;
• Monitor and control site activities and propose corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil , MEP or Building Engineering;
• An excellent level (B2) of English ;
• Knowledge of the following software: Revit (BIM), Autocad, Excel, Microsoft Project
• Willingness to travel within the Milanese hinterland will be necessary;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Previous experience in Construction will be considered a plus.

The seleceted candidate will join Arcadis with an Intership or Temporary contract based on the previous experience acquired.
