We are seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the project manager and supervisors with project document management. You will provide executive assistance to the President. You are a seasoned administrative professional who understands the construction project process and the administrative service and communications role. You provide an integral service to the team in a fast paced environment. You have a growth mindset and take pride in your work.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage documents and workflow
- Email management
- Attend project meetings as required
- Track and maintain shop drawings, transmittals, RFI's, Change Order logs
- Manage Purchase orders and assist with other documents during the life cycle of projects
- Support estimating with document management and tender closings
- Manage spreadsheets, databases and project folders
- Track and maintain safety documents
- Provide administrative assistance to team as required
- Assist with change orders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a seasoned administrative professional, preferably in the commercial construction industry. Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be extremely organized and have proven and effective methods to work in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with clients and team member
- Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Must have good math skills
- Must have Computer literacy and efficiency with all Microsoft office, Windows, Google and other appropriate software
- Post secondary education in related field

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
