Construction Project Coordinator

Lawn Pod is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist us with our growing pipeline of work.

We Supply and Manufacture Modular buildings, Garden Rooms, Home Extensions, and commercial buildings. We are a small but growing team and company. There will be many opportunities to grow with us and to move up to higher positions.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop, plan and implement the works schedule
• Responsible for management of sub-contractors and direct employees on site
• Consult and liaise with subcontractors regarding the programme of works
• Ensure the highest levels of H&S and Quality
• Responsible for ensuring all resources are available on-site when required
• Liaise with senior management
• Liaise with customers at pre-start stage to ensure the site is prepared
• Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and keep them regularly updated

Role Requirements:

• Prior experience in site management/coordinating
• Degree in construction management / site management - ideal but not essential
• Possess strong planning / organisational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff and sub-contractors
• Valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
