Construction Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, project scheduling, and the ability to lead teams effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in various construction management software tools.

Duties

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and other project scheduling tools.
• Perform construction estimating and prepare budgets for projects.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation and communication.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Skills

• Proficient in construction management software including Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and principles.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on project coordination and scheduling.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and contracts effectively.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles as applied in construction projects.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience on construction sites is essential for practical understanding of operations.

Pay: $59,034.32 - $83,138.11 per year
