As a

, you'll oversee projects from kickoff to completion, keeping budgets on track, timelines tight, and clients informed. You'll be the go-to point of contact, ensuring that every detail aligns with Stella's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries

• Track budgets, manage change orders, and ensure projects are on time and on budget

• Maintain site documentation (daily logs, photos, reports)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with professionalism and calm under pressure

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain organized, clean job sites

• Collaborate closely with estimating, design, and administrative teams

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of residential project management experience (renovation experience required)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and sequencing

• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)

• OSHA 10 certification (preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)

• Ability to work occasionally on weekends as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position

• Competitive pay at $80,000 to $105,000 per year (depending on experience, base + performance bonuses & profit sharing)

• Hybrid remote flexibility (office/Woburn, MA + site visits)

• Weekly pay
