Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining excellent communication with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
• Prepare and review construction estimates and budgets utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to facilitate accurate project execution.
• Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor project progress daily, addressing issues promptly to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
• Utilize civil engineering software such as Civil 3D for site planning and design coordination.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency through effective project management practices.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Schematics tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, contracts administration, and blueprint reading.
• Proven ability in project management, coordination, and leadership within the construction industry.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings including schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Familiarity with heavy civil projects or large-scale commercial developments is preferred. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
