Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee attic conversion projects across Dublin.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing attic conversion projects from start to completion. You will act as the main point of contact between the customer, office team, and site trades, ensuring each project runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
You will typically visit multiple attic conversion sites per day, checking progress, resolving issues, and communicating with customers and trades.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit each active attic conversion site daily to:
- Meet and communicate with homeowners
- Walk through progress and next steps
- Address any concerns or issues promptly
- Manage and coordinate tradesmen and subcontractors on site
- Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and company standards
- Monitor programme timelines and keep projects on schedule
- Identify and resolve site issues before they escalate
- Ensure materials, labour, and resources are in place as required
- Approve and check invoices, timesheets, and costings
- Liaise with the office team to ensure billing and paperwork are accurate and submitted on time
- Maintain high standards of health & safety on all sites
- Carry out snagging inspections and ensure quality control
- Ensure an excellent customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, Foreman, or similar role in construction
- Strong understanding of residential construction (attic conversions experience is an advantage but not essential)
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Good knowledge of trades and construction sequencing
- Comfortable with paperwork, cost tracking, and reporting
- Full clean driving licence
