Construction Proposal Design Specialist

The client is a privately owned, Sydney-based commercial construction company completing projects across New South Wales, with offices also located in Newcastle and Wollongong. Specializing in education, corporate, retail, aged care/retirement living, and government projects

We are seeking a skilled Tender Writer / Proposal Designer to join our team and work closely with the Bid Coordinator and Estimating team. This role involves producing high-quality tender documentation and supporting materials in-house, enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of our submissions.

Proven experience in tender writing, particularly within the construction or related industries.

Proficiency in creating detailed programmes, methodologies, and technical plans.

Competence in 2D and 3D design software.

MS Projects minimum intermediate level

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
