Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin/Maynooth for a Construction Site Administrator. The Construction Site Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including project coordination, providing construction administration services, managing submittals, and supporting project management. Effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders is essential. Vehicle may be provided for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Coordination and Project Management
- Skills in Construction Administration Services and managing Submittals
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in heritage works or facilities management is a plus
