Summary

We are seeking a Superintendent to join our team at Blaeser Construction. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Oversee project scheduling and budgeting to maintain financial efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process.
• Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations (OSHA), and quality control standards.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $101,590.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 per week
