Construction Site Supervisor/Helper/Property Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specified quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to manage on-site operations effectively.

Duties

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project schedules
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to facilitate smooth workflow
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide on-site activities
  • Manage site logistics, including equipment, materials, and personnel allocation
  • Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to prevent overruns
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project tracking and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations
  • Prepare reports on project status, issues, and resolutions for stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
  • Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and budgeting practices in construction projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with construction management principles such as scheduling, resource allocation, and site logistics

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
