With a strong pipeline of projects in Brisbane’s southern suburbs, we’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Construction Supervisor to help us deliver exceptional homes in 2026 and beyond.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a supervisor with demonstrated experience managing knockdown rebuilds and stand alone builds. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects across southern Brisbane, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
• Problem-solve site-specific challenges (e.g. access, demolition)
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

About You

• Proven experience in knockdown rebuilds and residential construction
• Strong understanding of Brisbane’s inner-city building conditions
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builders licence – required
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction – required
• White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
