Contact Center Trainer – C1 Level

Are you a passionate and results-driven trainer with a strong background in Customer Service and Contact Center operations?

Pro Integrate is looking for a highly skilled Contact Center Trainer – C1 Level to lead engaging and impactful training programs. This role is ideal for someone with experience in banking or financial services, and who thrives in delivering new hire onboarding, soft skills development, and QA-aligned coaching.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver new hire training programs focused on customer service, communication skills, and product knowledge.
• Conduct refresher sessions, process-specific training, and coaching based on performance metrics.
• Align training initiatives with quality assurance feedback and operational targets.
• Create engaging content and use facilitation techniques that boost learner engagement and retention.
• Partner with leadership and operations to drive continuous training effectiveness and performance improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 7 years experience in training for customer service (BPO setup, preferably with banking or financial services background).
• Proven expertise in soft skills development, product/process training, and QA alignment.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Taguig.
• Open to Australian shift schedule.
• Must be ready to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
