About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and market-savvy Content & Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our digital communication strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands Pakistan’s financial landscape and can translate that insight into compelling content across our website, social media platforms, and investor channels including WhatsApp and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update website content (news, announcements, reports, updates).
• Develop and execute social media content strategies (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X).
• Write, edit, and publish engaging posts, captions, and news alerts.
• Collaborate with research, compliance, and sales teams for timely updates.
• Run WhatsApp Broadcast Channels and ensure timely market alerts.
• Oversee the creation of infographics, reels, videos, and campaign creatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly engagement reports.
• Ensure consistency in tone, language, and branding across all channels.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with market events and trends.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, or Business. (Finance background is a plus)
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content writing, social media, or digital marketing (preferably in finance, fintech, or brokerage).
• Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, and algorithm-based engagement.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Urdu.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, or basic video editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and financial news cycle is preferred.
