Title: Content Creator
Reports to: Marketing Manager

NorDan Vinduer is looking for a content creator to support our marketing initiatives. The content creator will be
responsible for developing high-quality copy for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms. To do
so, they will learn all about and make significant contributions to NorDan’s branding and style guide to efficiently
maximise the impact of content we generate. They will understand the successes and challenges of content from our
market competitors and will share their learnings with the team and stakeholders to consistently deliver excellence.

The ideal candidate for the role will showcase creativity, be passionate about marketing and researching new campaign
ideas, and will be excited to be part of our company culture with an understanding of the importance of relationship
building.

Objectives of this role

• Maximise consumer engagement with marketing content
• Share insights on competitor marketing content
• Develop NorDan’s marketing and branding presence throughout all channels
• Encourage collaboration to unify marketing output
• Improve NorDan’s search engine optimisation (SEO) presence
• Widen NorDan’s marketing reach

Responsibilities

• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement
• Use SEO best practices to drive traffic to NorDan’s digital channels
• Collaborate across teams to determine and solve campaign objectives
• Monitor and report digital engagement metrics
• Promote company offerings to reach new audiences
• Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter
• Aid with the visual design of promotional materials

Skills and qualifications

• Outstanding copywriting and social media skills
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
• Ability to work effectively without oversight
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Higher level qualification in relevant field
• Preferred qualifications
• Significant experience creating high-quality marketing content
• Capable of managing multiple competing priorities
• In-depth knowledge of Canva, Hootsuite, and Survey Monkey
• Comprehensive understanding of impactful marketing tactics
• Knowledge of window & door industry or construction industry
• Experience with video creation/production an advantage
