Position Overview

We’re looking for a Content Writer / Social Media Specialist who will play a key role in creating high-quality content and managing multi-platform social media strategies to support brand building, patient engagement, and SEO. This role combines content writing, graphic design support, and social media management—ensuring that all digital communication is accurate, engaging, and aligned with marketing goals. You will help produce patient-friendly dental content, plan and publish social media posts, support SEO initiatives, and collaborate closely with the marketing and clinic teams to keep information accurate and relevant.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesContent Creation (Website, Blogs, Marketing Materials)Writing Responsibilities

• Create clear, accurate, and patient-friendly content about dental services (implants, Invisalign, braces, etc.).
• Write blog articles aligned with SEO keywords and marketing campaigns.
• Produce content that builds expertise, authority, and trust (E-A-T).
• Develop website landing pages, FAQs, treatment pages, and clinic information pages.

Content Quality Skills

• Ability to simplify medical/dental terms for general audiences.
• Write in a warm, professional, and trustworthy tone.
• Tailor messaging for different audiences (first-time patients, parents, teens, etc.).

Graphic Design + Multimedia Support

• Create social media graphics and posters (promos, educational posts).
• Perform basic video editing for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design clinic brochures, information sheets, and banners.

Social Media Management

• Plan monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Schedule posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
• Engage with comments and basic inquiries (as allowed by clinic policies).

SEO Alignment

• Ensure all written content targets relevant and strategic keywords.
• Follow proper on-page SEO structures (headers, formatting, metadata).
• Prepare content briefs and captions using SEO tools and data.

Market & Competitor Research

• Monitor competitor clinics’ posting styles, engagement methods, and promotions.
• Identify trending dental topics (e.g., “Invisalign vs Braces,” “Dental Implants Cost SG”).
• Propose new content and campaign ideas based on trends and insights.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track social content performance: reach, engagement, clicks, saves, shares.
• Identify which content drives patient inquiries.
• Provide recommendations on what to optimize, discontinue, or scale.

Collaboration with the Team

Work closely with:

• SEO Specialist
• Manila Team
• Dr. Jean and Dr. Chan (content accuracy)
• Clinic Operations Team (promotions, updates, timelines)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
