Content Creator/Videographer (Freelance)

Social Sync AU is a Melbourne-based creative agency specialising in social-first content that performs. We work with brands across hospitality, e-commerce, real estate, lifestyle and service-based businesses, creating content designed for Instagram & TikTok, not just to look good, but to convert.

We’re looking for freelance / casual videographers who enjoy being on location, moving fast, and creating vertical content that feels natural, engaging, and platform-native.

This is not a cinematic filmmaking role.

It’s shoot-and-go, social-first content made to perform.

What you'll be doing

• Shooting on location across Melbourne
• Directing clients on camera and keeping things relaxed and natural
• Making quick creative decisions on the spot
• Prioritising performance, clarity, and authenticity over perfection

Gear (essential)

• Your own camera gear (Nikon Z7 or equivalent or higher) or latest iPhone
• Confident shooting vertical formats
• can drive & have a car - we shoot all around melbourne

The Details

• Freelance or casual role
• Paid per shoot or per project
• Up to $150 per hour
• No more than 4-20 hours per week
• Work location: On the road (Melbourne)
