Job Title: Content Marketing Coordinator
Location: McKinley West, Taguig City
Schedule: Night Shift


Work Arrangement:


  • Days 1–30: 100% Onsite
  • Days 31–60: 4 days Onsite / 1 day Work From Home
  • Days 61–90: 3 days Onsite / 2 days Work From Home

About the role


We’re looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator to support our Communications Lead and help increase the volume and consistency of our content across channels. This role blends writing and digital marketing execution, so you should be just as comfortable polishing a blog post as you are setting up an ad campaign. You’ll keep projects moving, communicate clearly, and own the day-to-day work that brings our content strategy to life.


Responsibilities


  • Set up, launch, and maintain paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform changes and share updates with the team.
  • Write and edit social media captions for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
  • Manage content calendar and schedule/publish posts across platforms.
  • Conduct light research on industry topics when needed.
  • Support podcast content creation (episode descriptions, guest intros, etc.)
  • Assist with blog posts, newsletter copy, landing page copy, and emails based on briefs.

Must Have Skills


  • Excellent English writing and editing skills, with an eye for tone, clarity and detail.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Clear written communication and reliable reporting habits.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Understanding of basic B2B lead generation funnels.
  • Collaborative working style and comfort partnering closely with internal teams.

Nice to Have


  • Experience writing for B2B, staffing, or financial services
  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms and landing page builders
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot

Success in this role looks like


  • Communications Lead spends more time on brand and messaging strategy.
  • A consistent content calendar and unified tone across platforms.
  • Faster turnaround on copy needs, timely campaign launches, and clean reporting.
  • Internal team focuses on strategy while you maintain day-to-day execution in the platforms.
