Contents Crew Chief: Monday - Friday and occasional weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour based on experience

Experience: 1-2 years experience

Job Description:

• Document contents in a box using digital photos through the encircle app.
• Clean and disinfect salvageable contents.
• Pack and move boxes with care and efficiency in commercial and residential buildings.
• Label boxes accurately with a number count and detailed box description.
• Drive contents team safely to and from jobs.
• Clean and restore the interior of commercial/ residential building.
• Post construction cleaning.
• Surprising and assisting Contents packers technicians and subcontractors.
• Respond to emergency pack out on-calls when needed.
• Willing to get an IICRC certified if not already obtained.

Requirements:

• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills to interact with customers suffering from the traumatic experiences brought on by catastrophic events such as a house fire or water damage to property.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work in affected homes due to fire, water, sewage, or mold damage
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Can pick up 50 lbs
• Can work in storm damaged dwellings
• Can pass a background check
• Can pass a drug test
• Can work after hours
