Contract Event Barista/Server

We are building a professional pool of reliable, experienced Event Baristas/Servers to manage the premium hospitality for private studio events (workshops, parties) in OKC.

This is a hospitality-only contract role focused on service execution, NOT a fitness instructor position.

Core Responsibilities & Event Hours

Events are booked based on client need and generally range from 2 to 6 total paid hours of commitment.

• Time Commitment: You are paid for all time on-site, including necessary setup, the event service time, and thorough cleanup/breakdown.
• Beverage Service: High-volume preparation and serving of premium Coffee, Cold Brew, and Matcha Lattesusing dispensers. (No espresso required).
• Food Assembly: Expertly assemble and serve pre-ordered light food items, primarily our Smoothie Bowls.
• Professionalism: Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds our studio's high standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Barista, Event Server, or Bartender.
• Proven reliability and impeccable presentation are essential for our high-end events.
• Must operate as an Independent Contractor (1099).
