Contractor/Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as following direction.

Duties

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Transportation and clean license required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is necessary
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from others
• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
