Description
This role is part of the Contracts Control Team, a critical function responsible for ensuring Apple's contractual communications are in compliance with governance policies and executed efficiently. The team plays a vital role in risk management, data integrity, and contract lifecycle management, directly supporting sales velocity and business operations across EMEIA. You will become a member of the wider Legal team at Apple. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with the capacity to deliver consistent results within tight deadlines, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, and be proficient in change management.
You will work closely with various teams within the legal organisation including EMEIA Sales Contract Management (ESCM), Corporate Legal, AMP, ApplePay and teams across AppleCare, GBS Finance, Apple Operations Ltd. and Apple Operations International Ltd. This breadth of cross-business unit coverage ensures each entity receives timely, quality support for their contractual needs.
You will be at the heart of ensuring contracts are managed effectively, contributing directly to the success of our sales initiatives. You will also explore opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions to streamline and optimise contract processes. This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, and embrace the potential of AI to transform contract operations.
","responsibilities":"Ensure contracts and contractual communications are fully aligned with Apple's policies and have been routed through the appropriate approval process, safeguarding the company's interests and reducing exposure to potential liabilities.
Handle critical and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and security.
Approve and implement multiple types of communications including reseller agreements, program authorisations, renewals and terminations across multiple lines of business, products, and legal entities.
Maintain operational continuity through rigorous compliance checks and data integrity processes, preventing operational bottlenecks and ensuring business resilience.
Ensure that all contract record retention requirements are adhered to, and that filing/storage processes facilitate efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
Meet contract SLAs consistently, working diligently on all contractual requests to support sales and prevent delays to critical commercial activities.
Proactively identify and mitigate contractual risks through thorough review and control processes.
Review current processes, seek out opportunities for efficiencies and drive continual improvement to support increasing business demands.
Represent the team in various projects, working closely with business partners across multiple teams to ensure sustained, quality support.
Support the quarterly metrics process and communicate key trends, compliance insights, and business updates to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications
3rd level degree
A post graduate qualification or related practical experience
