Contracts Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor

Infrastructure and Civil Engineering construction company requires:

• Alternate Saturdays work week

• Contracts Manager familiar with Quantity Surveying, Tender Taking Off, Prepare Progress Claims and Claims Certification.

• Able to work independently with assistance from a team of QS to participate in GEBIZ tenders for HDB, LTA, PUB, JTC & Etc

• With good knowledge of contract specifications and requirements as indicated in tender documents and drawings

• Possess a Diploma/ Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Engineering from a recognized Institution

• Min 3 Year of Quantity Surveying Experience as QS or similar duties with fair knowledge of Road Construction Details and Process

• Able to communicate efficiently in English

• Possess fair knowledge for Microsoft Words and Excel and other quantity take off software

• Able to work independently and as a key member of the Project Team for on-going projects
