Join our Sales team in Underwood as a Contracts Presenter, where you’ll guide clients through one of the most important stages of their home‑building journey.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll ensure every client receives a smooth, consistent, and positive experience when reviewing their New Home Proposal, Contract and Plans.
You’ll coordinate across Sales, Drafting and Estimating to make sure every detail is accurate, understood, and aligned with customer expectations.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll ensure every client receives a smooth, consistent, and positive experience when reviewing their New Home Proposal, Contract and Plans.
You’ll coordinate across Sales, Drafting and Estimating to make sure every detail is accurate, understood, and aligned with customer expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, review and present Contracts, Plans and HIA documentation.
- Confirm that all client requests are captured accurately before presentation meetings.
- Support customers with questions or changes throughout the contract process.
- Liaise with internal departments to clarify details and provide feedback.
- Assist the Sales leadership team with general tasks as required.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and documentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Initiative, problem‑solving capability, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, contracts, guidelines and building documentation.
- Knowledge of building processes, site works, and building terminology (preferred).
