Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Cook. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high quality meals and exceptional service within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, menu planning, along with a passion for culinary excellence. 2-5 years of cooking experience required.

Duties

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in menu planning, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Handle food items with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service during meal times.
• Participate in catering events as needed, providing support for meal preparation and serving.
• Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Contribute to the overall dining experience by providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of kitchen experience (taphouse, bar, or restaurant preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
