Cruise Administration Services, Inc., a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is currently looking for a Coordinator, Team Member Operations

Job Summary:
The Team Member Operations Coordinator can be assigned in any major areas of the operation either in Documentation, Welfare & Technical Assistance and Dispatch to carry out administrative functions effectively and efficiently using both in-house and outsourced technologies. Once assigned to a specific area, the role will report to the supervisor in charge of that area and will assist in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, and handling administrative tasks as needed. Assist team members who visit the TM Center for document submission and dispatch onsite and virtually, ensuring accurate and timely processing. To attend to the needs of team member’s other onboard concerns administrative inquiries.
Essential functions:
To collaborate with the Team Member Supervisor to carry out administrative functions effectively and efficiently.
To effectively assist in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, and handling administrative, and vendors tasks as needed.
Assist either in welfare and technical assistance, documentations and submission and dispatch operations for smooth process.
Ensure all necessary information, materials, and resources are provided to facilitate a smooth transition for team members’ concerns and queries.
Oversee dispatch Concerns: Address any questions or concerns team members may have regarding travel logistics from the start (Manila) to the end (final destination)
And other related matters and assign task by the Supervisor involving the TMC operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the operations, preferably in crew manning.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, Access, In-house and Outsourced Apps)
- Knowledgeable of immigration, visa requirements and other documents related to seafarers in various geographical areas.
- Effective communication skills, performance management, resilient, problem-solving skills.
