Copywriter – Your role:

We are seeking a talented Copywriter with strong experience in leveraging AI-driven tools to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content tailored for finance and procurement professionals. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative storytelling with a data-informed, AI-enhanced approach to content development.

You’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop high-impact content that drives engagement, supports lead generation, and positions SoftCo as a market leader.

Your responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Write customer-focused copy across formats: website, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, sales collateral, email campaigns, landing pages, FAQs, and product guides.

• Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, Perplexity, SurferSEO) to ideate, draft, optimize, and scale content creation.

• Develop messaging that resonates with finance, procurement, and C-level audiences.

Storytelling & Thought Leadership

• Craft narratives that showcase customer success, industry expertise, and SoftCo’s differentiators.

• Produce thought leadership pieces aligned with AI in finance, procurement digitalization, and evolving SaaS best practices.

• Maintain brand voice consistency while using AI to test variations for tone, style, and audience impact.

Collaboration

• Partner with sales teams to create persuasive content that helps close deals.

• Work with customer success to develop resources that improve onboarding and retention.

• Collaborate with product marketing to ensure technical accuracy while applying AI to streamline research and draft creation.

Research & Optimization

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor messaging, and customer pain points using both traditional research and AI-powered insights.

• Apply SEO principles and leverage AI tools for keyword research, optimization, and content performance analysis.

• Continuously experiment with emerging AI platforms to refine content processes and efficiency.

Your Profile:

• Proven track record in professional copywriting, ideally within B2B SaaS, finance automation, or ERP.

• Strong portfolio of written work for varied audiences (executives, technical users, partners, and customers).

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into content workflows—from brainstorming and drafting to optimization and performance tracking.

• Skilled in editing for clarity, tone, and impact.

• Ability to simplify complex SaaS/finance concepts into compelling, easy-to-digest copy.

• Experience with SEO, digital publishing tools (WordPress, HubSpot, SEMRush), and AI-driven content platforms.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
