What is your mission?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist with corporate and real estate matters, ensuring compliance and the timely completion of tasks, administrative duties, and document preparation. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in supporting the smooth operation of legal processes and delivering efficient legal services. This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the success of the legal department while gaining experience in a dynamic legal setting.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the legal team.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents.
  • Monitor compliance with corporate governance requirements.
  • Ensure timely payment of property taxes and manage related documentation.
  • Support the legal team in real estate transactions, including drafting contracts and related documents.
  • Assist with sales tax, operational tax, and business tax matters.
  • Maintain and organize legal files and records.
  • Assist in meeting deadlines for various legal and regulatory filings.
  • Edit and format legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the overall function of the legal department.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, preferably within the Real Estate and Corporate sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and real estate transactions.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and databases is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct in all work aspects.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)
