Cost Accounting Supervisor

What we're looking for

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• With at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in product costing, cost analysis, or cost management
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• CPA and other certifications is an advantage

What you'll be doing

• Perform monthly product costing for Dairy products and analyze COGM parameters.
• Identify, report, and investigate cost variances, ensuring they are within allowable spoilage/yield limits.
• Recommend corrective measures for major discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit monthly cost reports.
• Participate in monthly inventory taking to support accurate costing and financial reporting.
