Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic front desk To-go Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their to-go orders with accuracy.
• Utilize the POS system to process orders and handle cash transactions. (POS Experience preferred)
• Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed diligently.
• Package orders neatly for delivery or pick-up, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or take-out required.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is necessary
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a kitchen team environment.
• Skills in food preparation are a plus, enhancing overall service quality.
• A proactive approach to upselling menu items for increased sales opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.75-$22.00 per hour
