As a Country Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in defining and executing recruitment strategies within Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand. You will lead a skilled team of Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring Ericsson meets its ambitious hiring goals while delivering an exemplary experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role positions you at the forefront of Ericsson’s global transformation in talent acquisition, requiring excellence in strategy development, team leadership, and operational execution. In this leadership position, you will focus on the following responsibilities:
Core Functions:

Own Recruitment Delivery:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring your team attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent efficiently and effectively. -
Lead and Inspire Your Team:
Mentor and guide a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners. Foster a culture of innovation, adaptability, and operational excellence. -
Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I):
Embed DE&I principles into every aspect of the recruitment process to deliver a diverse and inclusive workforce. -
Optimize Recruitment Strategies with Data:
Utilize analytics and insights to assess performance, identify efficiencies, and ensure high data integrity across tools and systems. Present actionable insights derived from complex datasets to enable informed decision-making across recruitment strategies. -
Drive Change Management:
Lead the implementation of new recruitment technologies, processes, and best practices across your region. Take ownership of driving change while fostering collaboration across teams. -
Ensure Compliance and Ethical Standards:
Guarantee that all hiring practices align with regional labor laws, GDPR regulations, and internal company policies, upholding the highest ethical standards.
- Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with proven experience in managing recruitment teams across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. including strategic engagement with senior stakeholders and navigating diverse cultural landscapes. -
Data Analysis & TA KPIs:
Demonstrable record of achieving Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and delivering candidate and hiring manager satisfaction. Must have expertise in using data storytelling to influence recruitment strategy. Solid understanding of advanced recruitment tools, analytics platforms, and technologies. -
High-Efficiency Communication:
Exceptional ability to conduct productive conversations in English and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, especially with senior stakeholders in the region. Personal Attributes:

This recruitment process includes one initial phone screen, followed by two behavioral interviews and a case where we will assess the skills and behaviors we are seeking in our Country Talent Acquisition Managers. The successful candidates will receive an offer to join our team after completed the full assessment process.
