Crèche Team Member — Be-It Studios, Windsor Nsw

Not your typical gym crèche. At BE-IT, we don’t just “mind” kids. We create a space where they are engaged, creative, and excited to come back—just like their parents are on the gym floor. Our vision is for the crèche to feel like home for every child who walks through the door.

The Role (Casual, Rotating Roster)

• Roster: 5 days one week, 4 days the next week (rotating), between 8:45 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. (times may differ)
• Hours: Casual role, approx. 8–12 hours per week.
• Pay Rate: $30–$35 per hour (depending on experience).

You’ll be the heart of our crèche, ensuring kids are safe, engaged, and genuinely love their BE-IT experience.

What You’ll Do

• Engage & Create: Run activities, crafts, and games that make the crèche fun, not just a holding space.
• Nurture & Care: Create an environment where kids feel seen, safe, and excited to come back each session.
• Tidy & Organised: Keep the crèche clean, stocked, and systems running smoothly.
• Team Player: Work closely with our coaching and front-of-house teams to make the whole BE-IT experience seamless for parents and kids alike.
• Bring Energy: Smile, connect, and make both kids and parents feel welcome.

Who We’re Looking For

• A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Passionate about working with kids and making their experience memorable
• Creative, energetic, and hands-on (not just a “monitor”)
• Reliable, organised, and tidy
• A great communicator and team player
• Bonus if you’ve got experience in childcare, education, or similar roles
