The Role:

The Creative Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of packaging design, artwork, and branding projects within a regulated life sciences & FMCG environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as primary day-to-day client contact across packaging design and artwork, prepress & print management
• Manage creative briefs, timelines, budgets, and project scope
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, Artwork, QA, Regulatory, and Production & Print supply network
• Support development of branding, packaging concepts, submission mock-ups, adaptive artwork & prepress
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with regulatory, compliance, SLA and brand requirements
• Manage approval workflows, stakeholder feedback, and change control processes
• Monitor project profitability, resource utilisation, and billing milestones
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and additional services
• Maintain strong communication with clients, printers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Liaise directly with suppliers and printers to ensure the process runs smoothly and their considerations and feedback are acknowledged and actioned as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications, Training and Experience:

• Degree in business, creative or related field, or relevant industry experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within packaging design, artwork, branding within healthcare/life sciences agencies
• Strong understanding of artwork production, print processes and approval workflows
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
• Commercial awareness with strong organisational skills
• Experience working within regulated industries is an advantage

Work Arrangements

Perigord are currently working a hybrid model.This role will require 3 days on site in the Dublin office and 2 days working from home.

Pay: From €60,000.00 per year
