Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Creative Assistant to support our content creation efforts. As a Creative Assistant, you will play a key role in the behind-the-scenes production of content, assisting with various tasks ranging from brainstorming ideas to managing creative assets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about digital content creation and looking to learn from a thriving influencer team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning & Ideation: Assist with brainstorming and developing creative concepts for upcoming content (videos, photos, blog posts, social media campaigns, etc.).
• Content Creation Support: Help with the shooting, editing, and production of content, including taking photos, recording videos, and managing props, settings, and styling for shoots.
• Social Media Management: Assist with scheduling, posting, and managing content on various social media platforms. Respond to community comments and messages under the influencer’s direction.
• Content Editing: Assist with basic editing of photos, videos, and other media using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, or other relevant platforms.
• Brand Collaboration Support: Coordinate with brands and partners for sponsored content, ensuring all deliverables are met and that campaigns are executed smoothly.
• Creative Asset Organization: Organize and maintain a library of content and creative assets (photos, videos, graphics) for future use and easy access.
• Trend Research: Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, viral content, and influencer culture, providing input and recommendations on trending topics and viral ideas.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to content creation, such as organizing calendars, coordinating shoots, and managing documents.

Qualifications:

• Passion for social media, digital content, and influencer culture.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and basic knowledge of content creation tools.
• Basic experience with photo/video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong creative eye with attention to detail in visual and written content.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team and adapt to different creative styles.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently, with a proactive attitude.
• A love for digital trends, pop culture, and influencer marketing.

Bonus Points (not required):

• Experience with graphic design, animation, or video effects.
• Experience in managing social media platforms or running influencer campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools for content performance tracking.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
