YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

Our Creative Studio is the brains and innovation behind every rich media banner that brings campaigns to life. As the team that conceptualizes and builds high‑impact banners for clients, our mission is to craft visually stunning and performance‑driven assets that truly stand out and work. This is where strategy meets creativity: by combining data and storytelling, we create banners that capture attention and deliver measurable results—from static visuals to complex interactive rich media formats optimized for client KPIs and user experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define clear project objectives

• Drive creative projects from start to finish

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules: spend reporting - understand how the project impacts campaign margin

• Resource forecasting - plan accurate resource forecasting

• Scheduling - oversee project deadlines to ensure that projects are completed on time

• Present thoughts, ideas, and project structure to internal stakeholders and clients

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

• Experience in creative project management, ideally within digital advertising, media, or creative production environmentsAbility to schedule, track, and prioritize the work correctly with critical deadlines

• Design experience or a solid understanding of design workflows, including hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously

• Confidence working in an international, cross-functional environment, collaborating with creatives, account teams, and other partners

• A good eye for creative quality and attention to detail, ensuring high standards across all delivered assets

• English language proficiency is needed to communicate effectively in a professional, international environment
