About the role

The Credit & Collections Analyst will work with the Credit & Collection Supervisor to contact customers, collect payments, apply payments, research/reconcile payments & claims, process returns and provide reporting and other ad hoc duties as required. This role will be partnered with the Sales and Operations departments to obtain backup for claims or promotions. Working for a small team but for a large growing organization, we are looking for this candidate to bring experience of working for a multinational company.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of AR Credit/Collections experience (consumer goods industry preferred, but not required)
• Strong computer skills
• History of working with large customers and processes
• Experience with Amazon, Williams Sonoma, Best Buy, and other large customers will be a major benefit.
• Experience and strength in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within customer/vendor portals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills are a big plus
• Microsoft Dynamics D365/AX experience preferred (but not required)
• Type: Torrance: Hybrid with 3 days in office
• SmartSheet knowledge (would be a plus but not required)
