Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Credits and Collection Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Monitor overdue accounts and implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding debts.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
• Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, email, and mail to secure payments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address billing issues and discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable and collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in credits and collections, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Willing to work immediately.
