We are on the hunt for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract.

In this role, you’ll responsible for supporting the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and leads for our Tribe. Key responsibilities include full funnel marketing campaign execution from product awareness, consideration, NTB acquisition through to onboarding, retention, portfolio and engagement initiatives.

You’ll have extensive experience within the CRM arena with a data driven background and have worked in a highly regulated industry. You’ll thrive working closely with diverse stakeholders across the business and will be a process improvement guru; ensuring documentation is followed through to the 'T', meeting the legislative and regulated aspects of this role.

What you’ll do
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and customer growth.
Manage campaign execution, including approvals, media, creative, tracking, and reporting.
Support paid media, website, landing pages, and mobile app initiatives.
Develop data-driven cross-sell campaigns across digital touchpoints.
Track performance via Tableau, optimise campaigns, and provide insights.
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams (Brand, Media, Product, PR).
Engage stakeholders across marketing, legal, finance, and contact centres.
Ensure compliance with ING policies and report incidents transparently.

What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in CRM Marketing.
Experience working in a highly regulated industry – financial services: nice to have.
Experience working with Customer & Intelligence functions (analytics & targeting)
Solid documentation skills to meet regulatory needs
Hands-on proven experience using Tableau to digest and interpret campaign data
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build excellent relationships
An understanding of test-and-learn frameworks, propensity tools, and segment marketing
Customer-centric mindset—simplifying experiences for customers
Positive and optimistic attitude
