Csr (Customer Service Representative)

Job Summary

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions and update account information in our systems.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred; experience in sales is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers are essential traits for success in this role.
