Duties

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to resolve issues.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate product features and benefits

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• multilingual skills are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.50 - $35.75 per hour
