Duties

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing efficient and professional customer service.
• Address issues or concerns and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate excellent etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions.
• Administer retail transactions, handle cash.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales performance.
• Sound knowledge of products, stocking of inventory and merchandising.
• Maintaining clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
• Demonstrated etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
