Csr - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team as a CSR. In this role, you will support daily branch operations, assist customers with their financial needs, and contribute to branch growth in a fast-paced consumer lending environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone
• Receive and post payments
• Maintain and balance cash drawer daily
• Perform collections calls on delinquent accounts with dignity and respect to our customers and build solutions
• Make daily bank deposits
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Tax preparation (may vary by location)
• Network within the community to find and attract new business
• Work closely with other team members and Manager to obtain branch goals
