What You Will Do:

• Assist in preparing fresh vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling menu items
• Support cooks in making sauces, salads, soups, and other dishes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring prep space
• Help receive, unpack, and store deliveries
• Collaborate closely with our Culinary Team to ensure smooth, high-quality service

We encourage our team members to be well-rounded team players, willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to keep our store running smoothly! No matter what position you start in with us, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained and will be tasked to take on different positions within our team.

What You Will Bring:

• Enthusiasm for food, cooking, and learning kitchen skills
• 1-2 years kitchen experience - preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Team spirit, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed
• Current Food Handler Certification (Basic Food Safety) - preferred
