The Role
We're looking for an experienced OD professional to support the delivery of our people strategy in the newly created role of Culture and Capability Manager. This permanent, full-time role focuses on building our workforce capability through L&D initiatives and is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives that foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing work environment.
Key focus areas include:
Lead the design and delivery of capability-building programs, including leadership development, professional skills training, and workforce learning initiatives.
Drive employee engagement and culture programs, using insights from surveys and other feedback mechanisms to enhance organisational performance.
Embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) principles into leadership and development programs to create a more inclusive workplace.
Partner with leaders to build a learning culture, integrating coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning into daily operations.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure organisational development initiatives align with business needs and strategic priorities.
Manage multiple OD projects and change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and high-impact outcomes.
About You
You’re a strategic and hands-on organisational development professional with a passion for driving workforce capability. You bring:
At least 8 years’ experience in L&D or OD roles.
Experience designing and delivering programs and initiatives that build workforce capability (including designing frameworks, running workshops, coaching, and other blended learning approaches).
Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and the ability to translate feedback into action.
A background in project management and change leadership in an HR or OD context.
A data-driven mindset, using insights to inform decision-making and measure impact.
Desirable
A background in project management and change leadership in a HR or OD context.
Experience designing and implementing DEIB initiatives.
Experience using HRMS/LMS systems (ELMO preferable).
