Customer Account Representative

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Account Representative to add to our diverse culture and gain hands-on experience in account management.

As a sales and marketing firm in the greater Bay Area, our mission is to drive results for our client accounts by focusing on potential leads, optimizing sales operations, and tracking results to provide ongoing success. The ideal Customer Account Representative is someone who is an out-of-the-box thinker. The Customer Account Representative will play a vital role in contributing to new ideas and streamlining sales processes to ensure our client accounts consistently progress.

Customer Account Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Developing sales leads for potential client accounts by following up with qualified leads in assigned territory
• Assessing customer needs in order to problem-solve and troubleshoot account issues
• Responsible for servicing existing client accounts and maximizing upsell opportunities to drive revenue for new client accounts
• Reporting performance metrics to Senior Customer Account Managers

Customer Account Representative Job Requirements:

• 0-2 Years of experience in sales, marketing, account management, and leadership
• Performance-driven individual with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals
• Willingness to accept and apply feedback
• Ability to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service
• Self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
