The Customer and Operations Assistant plays a key role in the business by:

• Providing exceptional customer service - responding to enquiries across multiple platforms i.e. phone, email, face to face and web.
• Delivering timely customer quotes and product samples and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Effectively engaging with database customers through e-blasts & blogs.
• Providing knowledgeable technical support to customers.

About you:
For success in this role, you will need the following:

• A strong customer service focus
• Verbal and written communications skills
• Initiative, problem solving and self-motivation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a collaborative approach
• Proven organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
• Skilled and confident user of technology.
