Alliance Medical are recruiting a Customer Application Support to join our team in our Head Office located in Raheen, Co. Limerick.
This role offers a Full-time, Permanent Contract. The successful candidate would be required to work 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5pm). This will suit an individual who is enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key.
The successful candidate will assist patients in resolving their technical issues with the Patient Portal (Image hub) and other software platforms ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services. While technical knowledge is not required, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Duties to Include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone and email.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and gather relevant information to understand the issue.
- Use provided tools and resources to guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team with clear and concise documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and processes.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and support techniques.
- To be familiar with and comply with information security and data protection policies and procedures.
- To be familiar with and comply with all company policies.
- Any other duties as requested by line manager.
Job Requirements:
- Administration experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.
- Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate software interfaces.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Proactive and willing to take the initiative. Evidence of teamwork/ strong team player.
- Positive, helpful and cheerful attitude, & contribute to a positive working environment.
