Customer Care Assistant

Job Summary

The Customer Care Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved
• Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
• Handle customer feedback and assist in improving service quality
• Adhere to company standards, policies, and customer service protocols

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of any course
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Proficient in basic computer applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
