Summary:
Completes documents by entering data, completing reports, and digital filing. Telephone support for the sales team and customer service support. Data Entry, document verification, processing daily remits and cash reconciliations. Support other teams as necessary. Other necessary administrative tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with database entry and able to learn new software applications rapidly.
- Ability to learn simple database actions such as queries and updates.
- Verifies information by comparing information to the original source; recalculating totals.
- Transcribe and distribute voice mails to various team members or departments.
- Verifies documents by proofreading and rechecking requirements.
- Familiar with office equipment: scanner, copiers, etc.
- Document archiving and storage.
- Processing Mail: incoming and outgoing.
- Process daily deposits and accounting.
- Collate and verify monthly vendor payments.
- Handle Live Chats, Phone Calls, and Voice Mail in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and distribute estimates, repair orders and repair requests on an hourly deadline.
- Process transfers, cancelations and changes to existing contracts daily.
Requirements:
- Available for work on weekdays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- Able to work overtime if required.
- Familiar with keyboarding, 10-key entry, browsers, and email software.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and succeed in team-focused workflows.
- Understands workflow management and documentation.
- Time management skills for multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
