Customer Care Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Customer Care Representative to help bring customers' abstract ideas to life. If you have a passion for art, excellent customer service skills, and a drive for success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and sales leads through various contact methods.
  • Assist customers during every step of the sales, design, billing, and post-sale process.
  • Cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies.
  • Commit to achieving individual, team, and company goals.
  • Provide a world-class customer experience.

About You

  • Preferably college level or with equivalent experience in customer service.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant (call center or customer service representative).
  • Retail/sales experience is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work on the graveyard shift.
  • Prior CRM software/telephony experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Must Have

  • Reliable internet connection.
  • PC hardware (desktop/laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset).
  • Quiet home office atmosphere.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive monthly salary of ₱32,000/month, depends on the US dollar exchange rate and may increase.
  • Quarterly Customer Care incentive plan.
  • Eligibility for 13th-month bonus and paid leaves (after completing 12 months).
  • Permanent work-at-home position – no need to be on-site or hybrid.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
